As far as web based resources for selling on ebay you can try:

But the best success I have had on ebay is by selling things that are free to me…clean out your attic, or what are your friends/family giving away. I SCUBA dive so I always sell shells and dried out starfish, I saw a guy in Colorado selling snow…there is no limit…so ask yourself this “what do I have alot of that I can sell” or “what can I get for free” Then just sell it!
