Top seller on ebay is called “Power sellers”. It is not somthing that happens over nite. You have to have a customer base, just like with any other business, and a 99% of more feedback score. And maintain a level of selling so much a month every month. I would suggest you log into ebay and read some of the rules and guildlines. And to have a ebay store, you will need probably about 300 different items you just stock your store with.
To be a ebay top/power seller, you need to sell lots of stuff.
